United States United StatesThis is my second favorite dress I’ve ever gotten at Neesee’s. And I have gotten a lot. It’s fully lined. The sleeves are sheer so it’s quite lightweight. Perfect for spring. I’m usually a small, but I sized down to an XS and it’s perfect. If you are well endowed, don’t do that tho. :)
