United StatesI first saw the kit dress a while back in another color. It had become my favorite dress I’d owned. When this Kit dress came out, I had to buy it!! The colors are perfect for fall or spring. The elastic on the arms is gentle and very stretchy. I love the smocked top that is very flattering. The tiers down the dress are pretty and elegant. Such a lovely dress and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase!!
