United StatesIt runs big and need to return. Fun but material is kind of heavy. I have been shopping here for years and never had problems with returning a wrong size. Now I have to pay $15 to return this dress where before it was less than $5. It should be $0. All because I didn't click on the $1.50 exchange fee because I never seen that before and it doesn't make sense for a boutique like this. Disappointed and I won't be shopping here again.
