United StatesWow! What a pretty spring dress! I absolutely love the blue quilted pattern, the built-in slip beneath the skirt, the scrunchy smocked bodice, and the lovely flare this dress has. It's such a cute cut and design. I'm 5'1" and it's ankle length on me - just what I wanted. I love that the material is light and flowy but not see-through. My only complaint is the length of the sleeves (too short for my taste, especially under the arms) but by wearing a tee underneath that is easily fixed. Definitely 5 stars for this beautiful dress!
