United StatesI wanted to love this skirt. It is beautiful. However the sequins were falling off in excess and the layers of the skirt- lining, skirt, and fuller overlay are all different lengths so it looks silly. Or at least it did on me. Would be better in the lining and the skirt were trhe same length.
