United StatesThe style of this dress is so cute, and the color is pretty. I love the sleeves! It's too bad it was ruined by horrible cheap fabric. It's pretty thin for what looks like a sweater dress. The inside of the fabric is very itchy and terrible. The button detail is great, but the buttons they used are cheap as well. I really wish this had been made with quality fabric.
