United StatesThe dress is great but the shopping experience is horrible. It’s difficult to buy what you really want because they sell out quickly and even if the item makes it into your cart someone can steal it before you check out. It’s difficult to see what dresses are still in stock since they list all of them on their webpage, even the ones they’re sold out off. And If the dress doesn’t fit, you can only return for store credit but you have to pay for shipping both ways. Also- their texting service is automated and says it’s a real person but it’s actually not. Or at least it’s doesn’t seem like it is since they don’t respond when it gets outside of generic questions. In spite of their cute products I’d rather shop elsewhere.
